I had Israeli Educational Television lodge a copyright claim against an item in my YouTube channel - a 1963 US-produced program called "The Funny Company".

Some three months later, I get a notice from YouTube telling me that the claim has been released...

They read English and the problem with both Cinetel and Israeli Educational Television is that they have failed to rename their version of the film in their language of their respective Countries. I find that they are starting to catch on. Israeli Educational Television claims Henry the VIIth with Charles Laughton. If you explain to them nicely that they should rename their films in the content ID system they release the claim immediately. YouTube is no help. They have zero customer service and they could not care less about any of this.

Key is we have to educate these folks. The music claims are more difficult. Between Orchard and GODigital life is generally miserable.

Good luck!
